The Ocean Shadows base is treated with the same layered technique as the rest of the collection, but rendered in deep tonal blues that shift between darker and lighter passages across the glass. The intention is to echo moving water, and it works because the treatment is uneven rather than uniform, so the surface genuinely changes as you move around it.
