1 Orders & Payments
This may be possible if your order has not yet been processed for dispatch. Please email us at crawfordandbond@gmail.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number and the item(s) you wish to add. If the item is in stock and your order has not yet been picked, we will do our best to add it and take payment accordingly.
If your order has already been processed, you will need to place a separate order.
If you need to cancel all or part of your order, please contact us at crawfordandbond@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will do everything we can to cancel and refund it promptly.

Yes, absolutely. All payments on crawfordandbond.co.uk are processed securely through Shopify Payments, one of the world's most trusted e-commerce payment platforms. Your card details are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology and are never stored on our servers.
We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay for additional peace of mind.
We are unable to reserve items. However, all items shown on our website are in stock and ready to ship. If you are interested in a specific item that is currently unavailable, please email us at crawfordandbond@gmail.com and we will let you know if and when it is expected back in stock.
2 Delivery
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 to 2 working days of receiving them. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Yes — we currently ship across the United States and the 27 European Union member states. Delivery costs and estimated timescales are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. For a bespoke shipping quote we may be able to accommodate selected items on request. Queries about international delivery, please contact us at crawfordandbond@gmail.com.
If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot or pick-up point. You can also use the tracking information provided to manage your delivery directly with the courier.
3 Damaged & Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging every order, but if an item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at crawfordandbond@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Your contact mobile number
- Up to 3 clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange an exchange or full refund via your original payment method. Please do not return any item before receiving a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) from us.
Yes — a RAN is required for all returns without exception. It is a unique reference number issued by Crawford & Bond that must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
Returns received without a valid RAN will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's cost. Please email crawfordandbond@gmail.com to request your RAN before sending anything back.

Yes. All items shown on crawfordandbond.co.uk are in stock and ready to ship. We do not list items that are unavailable or on pre-order unless clearly stated.
Yes. Crawford & Bond is an authorised stockist of all the premium brands we carry, including Lladró, NAO, Swarovski, Sideshow Collectibles and Prime 1 Studio, among many others. We have maintained direct brand relationships throughout our 35+ years of trading.
This means every item you purchase from us is genuine, quality-checked and backed by the manufacturer's standards.
Yes, gift wrapping is available on selected items. Where this option is offered you will see it at the product or checkout stage. If you have a specific gifting requirement, please contact us at crawfordandbond@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
Crawford & Bond is a specialist retailer, not a wholesaler or distributor. We are therefore unable to offer trade pricing or wholesale terms. All products are sold at our published retail prices, which are highly competitive for the quality and exclusivity of the brands we carry.
Bulk or multiple-quantity purchases may be possible depending on the item and available stock. Please contact us at crawfordandbond@gmail.com with details of what you require and we will confirm availability and timescales as quickly as possible.

Crawford & Bond is a family-run giftware and collectibles retailer with over 35 years of trading history in Birmingham. We began as Simply Gifted, then traded for eleven years as SG from a 7,500 sq ft flagship store in Priory Square, Birmingham city centre.
Today we operate entirely online, bringing the same expertise, curation and personal service to customers across the UK and beyond. Every product we sell is handpicked and backed by decades of specialist knowledge.
We currently operate exclusively online at crawfordandbond.co.uk and via our eBay store. We do not have a walk-in retail location at present. All items are in stock and typically dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
