Crawford & Bond — UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch.

Packaging

All orders are individually wrapped and packed to ensure the item arrives in perfect condition. Now all orders are fully tracked.

Orders over £500 are fully tracked and sent via Express courier.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details where applicable.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.


Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly.

International Delivery

We currently ship across the United Kingdom and the 27 European Union member states. Delivery costs and estimated timescales are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes on arrival, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.

For destinations outside the UK and EU, please email crawfordandbond@gmail.com for a bespoke shipping quote — we may be able to accommodate selected items on request.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing, you must notify us by email at crawfordandbond@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Up to 3 photographs of the item and packaging where relevant

Should your order not arrive within a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate with the courier and resolve the matter promptly.

Note: All returns including damaged or faulty items require a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Please refer to our Returns Policy for the full process.
