1 UK Delivery Rates

All delivery timeframes are estimates based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Delivery times commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

2 Dispatch and Processing

2.1 Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. During peak periods (including Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day), processing times may be slightly longer.

2.2 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

2.3 Orders placed after 2:00 PM on a business day, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.

3 Packaging and Care

3.1 Many of our products — including figurines, crystals, glassware, and collectibles — are fragile by nature. We take exceptional care in packaging every item, using protective wrapping, reinforced boxes, and cushioning materials to ensure safe transit.

3.2 All items are dispatched in plain, secure outer packaging. Gift wrapping is not currently available but may be introduced in the future.

4 Delivery Details

4.1 Goods will be delivered to the address specified at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete, including any flat numbers, building names, or access instructions. Crawford & Bond cannot accept responsibility for deliveries to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4.2 If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot.

4.3 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within 30 days of purchase unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If delivery fails within this period through no fault of your own, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

5 International Delivery

5.1 International delivery may be available for selected products. If you are located outside the United Kingdom and wish to place an order, please contact us at crawfordandbond@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

5.2 Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable to international orders are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.

6 Damaged or Missing Items

6.2 Should your order not arrive within a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate with the courier and resolve the matter promptly.
